What we offer
Our unique payroll service means we save up to 10% of your staff costs, that includes any costs for our services. We also take over all legal responsibilities for your staff. In addition, there is an unsecured business loan facility linked to the wages/salaries, if required.
Financial Benefits
We give you up to 14 days to pay the balance of our invoices. We can also provide an unsecured loan after 3 months, see below.

Because we can achieve a saving on your staff costs and offer a low interest unsecured loan your businesses cash flow will improve dramatically and very quickly.
Non Financial Benefits
We employ your staff, this means the legal responsibility of auto enrolement, PAYE/NI, employment tribunals is ours NOT yours.
How will it work?
Your staff will sign a contract of employment with ourselves, this means they are legally our responsibility. We become responsible for their taxes, National Insurance and pension contributions, we also become responsible for any unfair dismissal claims.
There will be a Service agreement with a minimum term of 1 months. The contract will state that the staff will be used exclusively by yourselves.
Our Fees
We recharge to you the gross wages/salaries, Employers national insurance and any employers pension contributions (if applicable). There is no additional fee for our services. Our services are funded by a Government Scheme.
Unsecured Business loan
Subject to a financial review of your business, we can offer an unsecured business loan. This is linked to the level of your wages/salaries and is available after 3 months of trading with Compupay. Please contact us to discuss.
